By Don LunderMy name is Don Lunder. I was born in Ekalaka MT., and now live in Billings MT. I am ( a young ) 74 years old. I sell a small product on the Internet. I spend a lot of time with senior citizens trying to make their time a little less boring. When I talk to someone, the conversation invariably turns to old times. Almost everyone knows that I am on the Internet. They asked me if I could put something on the Net about old times. At first I didn't know if I could take all the work. But after thinking about it, I decided that "old time" information would be not only interesting to seniors but to everyone. I have got a lot of years to go, so I said ?LETS DO IT.? I would like to introduce you to my new Web site, which will most likely always be under construction. I hope to present historical information about communities throughout the United States. I want to have a home page for all the towns and cities about which we can get history information. You can help us by contacting your county or city to ask an appropriate official or interested individual to submit history on our Web site. Our first goal is to cover Montana. Our concept is that by clicking on the name of a county, that county?s home page of old time pictures and history will come up. By clicking on a city, that city's home page of old time pictures and history will come up and will be followed by your personal family old time pictures and text. All we need from you is the best historical pictures that illustrate your old timer's life in your area (only black and white), text to describe the pictures, and the history of your pictures. We want this to be so good that anyone that clicks on your town will want to send a link of it to all their friends. When they visit our site, we hope they will put their town's information on our site. Once your submission has been completed, your page will be capable of being seen all over the world. You will probably be very surprised at how many people will recognize your pictures and stories from long ago. There is absolutely no cost to you. There is no cost to the people that will visit our site to see Montana, your town, city or area.
