On the Wibaux County site, there is a picture of the county courthouse. I don't understand what information you want about it since you already know that it is a picture of the courthouse.

I stumbled on to your web site the way I stumble into most other interesting web sites--by surfing the net. I like to use a search engine like Alta Vista and plug in a city name and state and see what responses I get. This time I searched on "Carlyle, Montana" and within a few hits, found your site. I have been facinated with Northern Plains history all my life, both from the perspective of Native Americans and Pioneer settlers. I love the stories of the folks who shaped the land with their hands and determination. These stories pass away with every passing of one our great elders. Thank you for your efforts to record and preserve this historical fabric. -John

I wanted to say it is very nice to see this site. My great grandfather owned a ranch north of wilsall and my grandfather frank went to school there. he often talks about it. I wish for more info on this town and have been searching for almost two months with almost no results. Any info can help. AMY

I met Mr. Lunder when I first went into Billings Health & Rehab Center, which is a Nursing Home and Rehab facility here in Billings,Mt.. I'm a long-term resident, Mr.Lunder is a short-term resident. I like to joke and kid different people, who-in-turn like to joke and kid back. Mr.Lunder likes to joke & kid, and at the same time he is a very nice gentleman. I just recently learned of his web site, so far what I have seen, I'd like to say Mr.Lunder--"keep-up a good web site and to others who haven't seen it yet---Do So!---you'll like it and find it quite interesting.

My father, his brother, mother and father lived near Ronan in 1910, then moved to Glascow MT. Their names were Clarence and Robert (the boys)Ross, Joel Clement Ross, father, and Mary Elizabeth Powell Ross, mother. Would like info on their stay in Ronan or Glascow, and family connections.
